This is the newest lodge in the Province of Munster,
and the first-ever Past Masters Lodge in the province.
On 5 April 2006, it was constituted, consecrated and
dedicated as Munster Past Masters Lodge No. 1011 by the M.W. The Grand
Master of Ireland at Provincial Grand Lodge, The Masonic Hall, Tuckey
Street, Cork, before a large and representative attendance that
included the Deputy Grand Master, five Provincial Grand Masters and
three Past Provincial Grand Masters. The meeting, which was an example
of excellent ritual, was attended by almost 100 Brethren.
While membership is limited to Past Masters, all
Master Masons are warmly invited to attend our quarterly meetings,
where the aim is to perform ritual in an exemplary manner.

History of Warrant No. 1011
First issued to CARNMONEY, Newtownabbey, Co. Antrim,
1 September 1814, the warrant was returned, 29 August 1825, in
exchange for No. 122. It lay dormant for over 180 years until reissued
5 April 2006 as Munster Past Masters, CORK.
